Join us for a truly unique birthday event featuring a free yoga class, birthday cake, and a good old Jay House bonfire!
YOGA at 6p
The evening starts with Meditation Yoga with Yogi Nitin who's practiced in teaching ancient yogic techniques. These techiques are preserved by sages of the Himalayan mountains, Rishikesh, and Bihar. Nitin comes to The Jay House with over 13 years experience learning and teaching in Mcleod Ganj, City of the Dalai Lama, at his Rishi Yoga Centre.

The absolute birthday tradition... let's eat it!
FIRE at 8:30p
Capping off the birthday celebration, we'll burn stuff at the fire pit.
What to bring:
Yoga mat, swimming suit and towel, camping tent and gear if you'd like to spend the night.
